On the large property you can take long walks in the fields, read a book in the woods and relax in the pool. The pool area is one thousand square meters in size. The space

The Pear Tree is a complete house with a pool with a view. The house offers access to a terrace, free private parking, and free WiFi. The property offers bicycle rental and has a garden and picnic area. In the garden there are hundreds of pomegranate and strawberry trees) fruit trees ( olive trees ,fig, cherry, almond, pear, walnut).

The house has 2 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a TV with SKY Hotel, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher and oven, 2 bathrooms. All linens are available. A pool towel is also provided.

The pool area is shared and fully fenced. To ensure the safety of children, it is accessed with a code. There are 5 wooden patios with loungers at least 10 meters apart. Only guests present on our property can access the pool.

The Ulivo is a cozy home ideal for family or group vacations for up to four people. The house is adjacent to two residential units. The property is immersed in typical rural Apulian territory and strategically located to reach the sea and places of major tourist interest. The large swimming pool is always open.

The large living area (living room and kitchen) offers a remarkable view through the tufa (local stone) arches that allow you to admire unique sunsets, olive trees, cherry trees, cultivated fields, Mediterranean scrub plants and a farmhouse. There is a large bedroom, a bathroom and a fireplace in the living area. In addition, there is a new air conditioning system that is very useful in both summer and winter.
